Jamie Foxx does an AMAZING Michael Jackson impression ... in his underwear ... and TMZ has unearthed the unbelievable footage to prove it.
The video was shot at an after-party at Jamie's mansion in L.A. ... roughly ten years ago ... right around the time he was blowin' up for his role in "Ali."
Foxx -- sporting nothing but a pair of red briefs, white sneakers and a baseball hat -- gets downright funky in front of a group of friends while Prince's "I Wanna Be Your Lover" plays in the background.
We're told everyone had a blast that night ... and Foxx continued to dance his ass off even after the camera shut down.
Just one question -- Briefs? Really?

Chris Reid from Kid 'n Play tried REALLY hard to crack a joke about Harvey's singing -- which somehow opened the door for Harvey to deliver a bizarre metaphor involving ... swim trunks?

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino
Abercrombie & Fitch is trying to end their ongoing feud with Jersey Shore star The Situation, asking a judge to dismiss his lawsuit against the clothing retailer.
If you recall, the ongoing war between Sitch and A&F began back in August when A&F publicly offered to pay The Situation NOT to wear its overpriced duds.
A month later, Sitch (real name Mike Sorrentino) sued them, claiming it ripped off his "GTL" and "Situation" trademarks on a line of guido-mocking t-shirts.
Now, A&F is trying to put an end to the back-and-forth, claiming he had no right to sue them in the first place because he doesn't own those very trademarks.
He has applied for them, but doesn't own them. Big, legal difference there.
Moreover, A&F claims The Situation's application for "Gym Tan Laundry" has actually been suspended, because MTV already owns "Gym Tanning Laundry."
The US Patent & Trademark Office thinks they're too similar. Makes sense.
Trademarks aside, A&F insists its shirts are still protected under a law that allows parody as free speech ... in other words, the shirts are a harmless joke.
Their legal argument is basically that Sitch is full of crap and can't take a joke. The Jersey Shore star has yet to respond ... but watch the Season 5 trailer:

George Clooney Stars in, Directs, Discusses The Ides of March With Movie Fanatic
In The Ides of March, which hits theaters Friday, an up-and-coming press secretary (Ryan Gosling) finds himself involved in a major political scandal that threatens to upend his candidate (George Clooney)'s shot at the presidency.
While some have drawn parallels to the Rielle Hunter scandal that derailed the career of John Edwards, Clooney tells Movie Fanatic in an interview that his character and the story at large were not based on any particular politician.
Moreover, the film is more about moral choices than politics.
"We're reflecting the mood of our country and our world," Clooney said. "If the film reflects some of the cynicism, that's probably good, it's not a bad thing to hold up a mirror to our politicians. But that wasn't what the film was designed to do."
"There isn't a person you have met that hasn't been met with moral questions," he adds. "Everyone makes moral choices to better themselves and hurt others along the way and whether the means justifies the ends."
Clooney discussed the movie's complex themes and raved about its cast, which includes Gosling, Paul Giamatti, Marisa Tomei and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Jersey Shore Fist-Pumps Way to Ratings Win
Inconceivable as it would have seemed a few years ago, MTV continues to dominate Thursday nights in the ratings. The reason is simple: Jersey Shore.
The reality show continues to lead all programming on that night among viewers 12-34. It has done so in each of its three weeks on the air this month.
A total of 7.8 million total viewers – up 5 percent from last week - tuned in to watch Deena get bi-curious and Snooki get pissed at The Situation.
AWW YEAH! The Last Supper reenacted here will be far from the last you see of the Jersey Shore stars. The rate they're going, they gett bigger each week.
The episode ranked as one of the 10 most-watched telecasts in MTV’s history (trailing six Jersey Shore Season 3 episodes and the Season 4 premiere).
Things should only pick up in the coming weeks as tension between Snook, Ron and Sitch heats up and blows are exchanged. It's gonna be ugly/sweet.
Plus Snook rear-ends a cop.

Lanesia Garcia: Pregnant By Levi Johnston?!
Already famous for impregnating Bristol Palin two summers ago, Levi Johnston now finds himself embroiled in another baby scandal, according to reports.
The National Enquirer says Levi may have knocked up one of his old girlfriends during the period of estrangement between his two engagements to Bristol.
Levi and Bristol just got back together and engaged, ostensibly out of love and a desire to raise son Tripp together, but also to make some serious loot.
But if his ex-girlfriend, Lanesia Garcia, is really pregnant with his child pregnant - and she believes Levi is the daddy - that could be a tough obstacle.
Of course, it's still very much unclear if the child was sired by the Playgirl model. To put it nicely, Lanesia apparently gets around ... like a record.
BABY DADDY RELOADED? Levi better hope he shot blanks this time.
“Levi insists the baby isn’t his, but no one really knows,” a source said. “Levi is one of three possible fathers with Lanesia the probably week of conception.”
Three in one week? Wow, she sounds like a girl who really has her act together. Guess there's not a lot to do in Alaska ... well, besides Lanesia Garcia.
Still, friends of Bristol Palin say she is “heartbroken” after learning her fiancĂ© might become a baby daddy with another girl, Radar Online reports today.
A Palin family rep says that “no official decision has been made” about the future of the couple, who are now communicating only “by text message.”
We can't wait until Sarah gets on Twitter to comment on this. Her critique of Obama for going on The View this week will seem tame by comparison.
