Jamie Foxx does an AMAZING Michael Jackson impression ... in his underwear ... and TMZ has unearthed the unbelievable footage to prove it.
The video was shot at an after-party at Jamie's mansion in L.A. ... roughly ten years ago ... right around the time he was blowin' up for his role in "Ali."
Foxx -- sporting nothing but a pair of red briefs, white sneakers and a baseball hat -- gets downright funky in front of a group of friends while Prince's "I Wanna Be Your Lover" plays in the background.
We're told everyone had a blast that night ... and Foxx continued to dance his ass off even after the camera shut down.
Just one question -- Briefs? Really?

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino
Abercrombie & Fitch is trying to end their ongoing feud with Jersey Shore star The Situation, asking a judge to dismiss his lawsuit against the clothing retailer.
If you recall, the ongoing war between Sitch and A&F began back in August when A&F publicly offered to pay The Situation NOT to wear its overpriced duds.
A month later, Sitch (real name Mike Sorrentino) sued them, claiming it ripped off his "GTL" and "Situation" trademarks on a line of guido-mocking t-shirts.
Now, A&F is trying to put an end to the back-and-forth, claiming he had no right to sue them in the first place because he doesn't own those very trademarks.
He has applied for them, but doesn't own them. Big, legal difference there.
Moreover, A&F claims The Situation's application for "Gym Tan Laundry" has actually been suspended, because MTV already owns "Gym Tanning Laundry."
The US Patent & Trademark Office thinks they're too similar. Makes sense.
Trademarks aside, A&F insists its shirts are still protected under a law that allows parody as free speech ... in other words, the shirts are a harmless joke.
Their legal argument is basically that Sitch is full of crap and can't take a joke. The Jersey Shore star has yet to respond ... but watch the Season 5 trailer:

George Clooney Stars in, Directs, Discusses The Ides of March With Movie Fanatic
In The Ides of March, which hits theaters Friday, an up-and-coming press secretary (Ryan Gosling) finds himself involved in a major political scandal that threatens to upend his candidate (George Clooney)'s shot at the presidency.
While some have drawn parallels to the Rielle Hunter scandal that derailed the career of John Edwards, Clooney tells Movie Fanatic in an interview that his character and the story at large were not based on any particular politician.
Moreover, the film is more about moral choices than politics.
"We're reflecting the mood of our country and our world," Clooney said. "If the film reflects some of the cynicism, that's probably good, it's not a bad thing to hold up a mirror to our politicians. But that wasn't what the film was designed to do."
"There isn't a person you have met that hasn't been met with moral questions," he adds. "Everyone makes moral choices to better themselves and hurt others along the way and whether the means justifies the ends."
Clooney discussed the movie's complex themes and raved about its cast, which includes Gosling, Paul Giamatti, Marisa Tomei and Philip Seymour Hoffman.
For the legendary actor's take on the film, read Movie Fanatic's exclusive George Clooney interview. Then watch The Ides of March trailer below ...
Jersey Shore Fist-Pumps Way to Ratings Win
Inconceivable as it would have seemed a few years ago, MTV continues to dominate Thursday nights in the ratings. The reason is simple: Jersey Shore.
The reality show continues to lead all programming on that night among viewers 12-34. It has done so in each of its three weeks on the air this month.
A total of 7.8 million total viewers – up 5 percent from last week - tuned in to watch Deena get bi-curious and Snooki get pissed at The Situation.
AWW YEAH! The Last Supper reenacted here will be far from the last you see of the Jersey Shore stars. The rate they're going, they gett bigger each week.
The episode ranked as one of the 10 most-watched telecasts in MTV’s history (trailing six Jersey Shore Season 3 episodes and the Season 4 premiere).
Things should only pick up in the coming weeks as tension between Snook, Ron and Sitch heats up and blows are exchanged. It's gonna be ugly/sweet.
Plus Snook rear-ends a cop.

Lanesia Garcia: Pregnant By Levi Johnston?!
Already famous for impregnating Bristol Palin two summers ago, Levi Johnston now finds himself embroiled in another baby scandal, according to reports.
The National Enquirer says Levi may have knocked up one of his old girlfriends during the period of estrangement between his two engagements to Bristol.
Levi and Bristol just got back together and engaged, ostensibly out of love and a desire to raise son Tripp together, but also to make some serious loot.
But if his ex-girlfriend, Lanesia Garcia, is really pregnant with his child pregnant - and she believes Levi is the daddy - that could be a tough obstacle.
Of course, it's still very much unclear if the child was sired by the Playgirl model. To put it nicely, Lanesia apparently gets around ... like a record.
BABY DADDY RELOADED? Levi better hope he shot blanks this time.
“Levi insists the baby isn’t his, but no one really knows,” a source said. “Levi is one of three possible fathers with Lanesia the probably week of conception.”
Three in one week? Wow, she sounds like a girl who really has her act together. Guess there's not a lot to do in Alaska ... well, besides Lanesia Garcia.
Still, friends of Bristol Palin say she is “heartbroken” after learning her fiancé might become a baby daddy with another girl, Radar Online reports today.
A Palin family rep says that “no official decision has been made” about the future of the couple, who are now communicating only “by text message.”
We can't wait until Sarah gets on Twitter to comment on this. Her critique of Obama for going on The View this week will seem tame by comparison.

Kathy Griffin and Steve Wozniak: Happening in Vegas
Move over, Lindsay Lohan and Riley Giles.
Take a seat Drew Carey and Nicole Jaracz.
Kathy Griffin and her new boyfriend, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, went to the grand opening of Diablo's Cantina at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino on Saturday night.
Kathy Griffin split with her husband last year... after accusing him of stealing over $70,000. So it must be nice to be dating a guy who leaves more than that as a tip at Dunkin Donuts.
From Pirate to Barber: Depp to Star in Sweeney Todd
Yarrr, mateys, playing a swashbuckler is one thing for Johnny Depp - but a vengence seeking barber?
If anyone can pull it off, it's sure to be this versatile thespian. Depp will be reuniting with director Tim Burton to play the title role in a film adaptation of Stephen Sondheim's musical "Sweeney Todd." The story centers around a 19th-century barber seeking bloody revenge over his wrongful imprisonment.
Naturally.
The star of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, this year's biggest, most abysmal hit (with a domestic gross of $400 million), is expected to do his own singing, said Marvin Levy, spokesman for DreamWorks, which is co-producing "Sweeney Todd" with Warner Bros.
Sweeney Todd marks the sixth collaboration between Depp and Burton. The pair scored a blockbuster in summer 2005 with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, while past films include: Edward Scissorhands, Ed Wood and Sleepy Hollow.
The filmmakers plan to start shooting Sweeney Todd early in 2007.

Charlie Sheen -- HAMMERED After Guns N' Roses Concert | TMZ.com
Charlie Sheen -- a recovering everything-aholic -- hit the Guns N' Roses concert HARD this weekend ... REALLY HARD ... at least judging by the way he slurred through a Q&A with photogs after the show.
Sheen was leaving the Palladium in Los Angeles Friday night ... when he fired off a sloshy torpedo of truth about the band ... hinting they'd be BETTER with Slash.
We also asked about Sheen's favorite GNR song ... and we're pretty sure he cracked a heroin joke ... telling us, "Mr. Brownstone ... imagine that?!"
FYI -- Mr. Brownstone is a slang term for the drug.
As Sheen pulls away, one pap says, "I party like Charlie Sheen" ... to which the actor replies, "And you're still alive?!"
Yeah, we're amazed too.

Donald Trump's Sons Ignite War Over Animal Butchery | TMZ.com
Donald Trump's two sons went on a big game hunt in Africa, and the carnage they wrought has triggered outrage by wildlife enthusiasts.
Donald's sons -- Donald Jr. and Eric -- went on a hunting safari in Zimbabwe a year ago this month, and proudly showed off their trophy kills -- including an elephant, crocodile, kudu, civet cat and water buck.
In one shot, Donald Jr. is holding a dead elephant's tail in one hand and a knife which appears to have cut off the tail in another.
A wildlife enthusiast's website has just created a YouTube video of the slaughter expressing outrage.
As for Donald Trump, he tells TMZ, "My sons love hunting. They're hunters and they've become good at it. I am not a believer in hunting and I'm surprised they like it."
Trump added, "I know that anything they did was 100% OK in terms of the hunting community."

Hulk Hogan -- Sex Tape Being Shopped to Porn Companies | TMZ.com
A sex tape featuring legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan has surfaced -- and TMZ has learned, it's currently being shopped to a major porn studio.
We've seen a portion of the grainy footage -- featuring Hulk getting undressed and a naked, unidentified brunette lying on a bed. The woman is NOT his ex-wife Linda or his current wife Jennifer McDaniel.
In the clip, Hulk pulls his shirt off and brags to his companion, "I started to work out again." Hulk then runs his hands through his blonde hair like he always does.
The best part ... Hulk's thong-shaped tan line.
It's unclear when the tape was shot -- but Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, he was approached with the tape very recently by a third party.
So far, no word on whether Hirsch or anyone else has made an offer to buy the tape.
Hulk did not have an immediate comment.
Hulk says the tape was "secretly filmed" without his permission -- and now his lawyer's on the rampage ... claiming, "We will take all necessary steps to enforce both civil and criminal liability.”

Kim Kardashian -- My Mexican Plastic Surgery Days Are Over! | TMZ.com
Kim Kardashian ... ESTA VICTORIOSA!!! TMZ has learned the Mexican doctor who bootlegged her image for a plastic surgery ad has finally agreed to take down his billboard ... after admitting he never got her permission in the first place.
We broke the story ... Dr. Victor Ramirez unlawfully used Kim K’s image to up-sell his plastic slice-and-dice biz in the boarder town of Mexicali ... even though he's never met the reality star and didn't pay her a dime.
When Kim’s lawyers found out about the ad ... they threatened the living crap out of Senor Ramirez ... and apparently, threats aren't taken lightly in Mexico ... because the sign came down over the weekend.
So far no comment from Dr. Ramirez himself ... because he won't return our phone calls.

Floyd Mayweather Charged with Battery for Allegedly Poking Security Guard | TMZ.com
Floyd Mayweather has been charged with criminal battery in Nevada for allegedly -- and this is serious -- poking a man in the cheekbone with his finger ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ has obtained the criminal complaint -- in which cops say a private security officer named Shayne Smith told officers Mayweather went ballistic outside of his Las Vegas home on November 15 after Smith placed parking citations on two of Floyd's cars.
According to the documents, Smith alleges Mayweather screamed that the guard had "no f*cking business" touching his personal property -- before the boxer grabbed a citation from one of his cars and slapped it on Smith's patrol vehicle.
The document continues, "While lambasting Smith, Mayweather was allegedly jabbing his finger into the left side of Smith's cheek just below his eye. This willful and unlawful use of force and violence upon Smith caused redness and discoloration to the area which was battered by Mayweather."
Smith claims he drove out of the area to "de-escalate" the situation, immediately notified his boss ... and then took photos of his bruised up cheek.
So far, no comment from Floyd's camp.
The Situation Sues Over Alleged GTL Rip-Off ... TOLDJA SO! | TMZ.com
The Situation's word is his bond -- weeks after the "Jersey Shore" star threatened to sue some guido-themed lifestyle company for ripping off his "GTL" trademark ... his lawyer filed a seething lawsuit to put the company out of business.
TMZ broke the story last weekend ... Sitch fired off a cease and desist letter to a website called MyGTLFuel.com -- which sells everything from energy shots to tanning lotion -- claiming they better quit exploiting his trademark ... or they'd face legal action.
Well, MyGTLFuel hasn't gone anywhere ... so Situation filed suit earlier this week -- asking a judge to force the site to cease all GTL-related operations and destroy any infringing merchandise.
Dana Valentino -- who owns GTL Fuel -- tells TMZ, The Situation has no case -- insisting the "Jersey" star has applied for the "GTL" trademark, but doesn't outright own it ... yet.
Dana says he wants to settle the matter amicably -- but he'll defend his business to the end.
